Maragogype specialty coffee grown in Dipilto, Nicaragua, at an altitude of 1,200 m, under natural shade that enhances its sweetness and fruity profile. Extra-large bean, a Bourbon mutation, with manual processing and bean-by-bean selection. Sensory notes: cherry, apricot, caramel, floral aroma and chocolate, with a silky body and prolonged aftertaste.
