We roast our coffee daily, using a slow and artisanal process. It is naturally roasted coffee, without any additives. We work with a medium-light roast, adapting the temperature curve to the specificity of each coffee.

The material of the bag allows the coffee to be kept in optimal conditions. Once opened, it has a zip closure to prevent the coffee from oxidizing. The coffee should be stored in a cool and dry place. It is best before eighteen months, however it is advisable to consume the coffee in the weeks following roasting.

We ask for the type of coffee maker to adjust the grind size to ensure optimal brewing. We have established a classification depending on the type of coffee maker:

Whole Bean. If you have a grinder or for automatic coffee makers

Espresso. Electric coffee maker with rapid extraction and pressure

Moka Pot. Moka pot or screw-type coffee maker

Filter. Drip or filtration coffee maker: Melitta, Aeropress, Moccamaster, V60
