Specialty coffee grown in the Trinidad mountain range, in the Copán region, Honduras, at an altitude of 1,600 m, with SHG (Strictly High Grown) certification, which guarantees superior quality. This altitude provides creaminess, sweetness, and complexity to the sensory profile. Notes: cherry, peach, and nectarine aroma, caramel and chocolate flavor, round body, and fine acidity.
