Coffee of Yirgacheffe origin, in Ethiopia, grown at over 2,000 m altitude, and of the Heirloom variety with its own denomination and unique profile. High acidity and bluish-toned bean, artisanally processed to preserve its delicate floral and citrus notes. Sensory profile: lemon and green tea fragrance, citrus flavor with sweet caramel and chocolate nuances, and floral aroma of jasmine and orange blossom.
