DECAFFEINATED COLOMBIA SW

Decaffeinated specialty coffee using the natural Swiss Water process, removing caffeine using green coffee extract and a special activated carbon filter system. Caffeine is extracted and the remaining components are returned to the bean. This is a 100% sustainable process, leaving the coffee's flavor characteristics intact. This coffee comes from the Tolida region of Colombia and from the Bourbon, Typica, and Castillo varieties. It has low acidity, a medium body with notes of cocoa, almonds, walnuts, and flowers.
