Specialty coffee grown in Valle de los Santos, Costa Rica, at the base of the Poás volcano, by a cooperative of small producers that guarantees quality and traceability. Slow ripening at high altitude provides balance, a silky body, and a delicate fragrance. Sensory profile: flavors of red fruits such as blackberry and blueberry, floral and caramel notes, with fine acidity and a clean cup.
