Arara specialty coffee in an exclusive microlot, grown at the Santa Luzia farm, São Paulo, Brazil, at an altitude of 1,200m. The processing of this coffee is highly innovative; after an initial wash, it is fermented in airtight barrels for 120 hours. Subsequently, it is dried on the patio for 20 days, ensuring complexity and sweetness. Sensory profile: silky and creamy body, vanilla and caramel fragrance, notes of nut and peanut, flavors of grape, cherry, and raisins.
