Specialty coffee of the Red Bourbon variety grown in the Espíritu Santo do Pinhal district, whose climatic characteristics, together with fertile soil ideal for coffee plants, make it one of the regions with the largest coffee production. Boavista coffee is manually processed by pickers, and it is thanks to this careful selection of ripe Bourbon cherries that a delicate sweetness emerges, which, along with the altitude of 1,100 meters, positively influences the acidity. Balanced cup with a silky body. Flavor of ripe fruit, hazelnut, walnut, and peanut. Aroma with sweet notes of caramel and vanilla.
